Gigglynuff V2

Gigglynuff, the Dark Balloon Pokémon.
Evolves from: Jigglypuff
One of the evolved forms of Jigglypuff. Once a bubbly, joyful Pokémon, upon evolution all of the happiness in its life was sucked away and replaced with feelings of boredom and disinterest. For the most part it is emotionless, however there are rumours which say that if one makes a Gigglynuff laugh, they will be granted immeasurable luck. While it has wings, it is unable to actually fly and can only use them to glide, perhaps being one of the causes of its cold personality.
Its name was made to go along with the rhyming patterns of the Jigglypuff evolution line while making it have a depressing meaning, which is why it is named Gigglynuff (Giggle Enough).
