SSB4 DAILY PICTURE BLOG #34 - 14/4/14 to 18/4/14

MONDAY
First Picture Miiverse quote: Pic of the day. Here's a very, very new fighter in the upcoming Smash games, Greninja. Greninja's sophisticated moves are extremely fun to use once you get used to how it controls!
Second Picture Miiverse quote: The side special attack Shadow Sneak is a move that makes Greninja suddenly disappear and ambush opponents. If you press and hold the button, Greninja will move a greater distance. Another unique feature is you can move Greninja around freely while charging up.

Monday's picture showed off more of Greninja, with the second picture going into more detail about Greninja's side special. As it turns out this move is chargeable, and Greninja remains fully mobile while charging. Seems like this move will be fantastic for screwing around with opponents, although chances are he cannot attack while charging so careful use will be required when using Shadow Sneak.

TUESDAY
First picture Miiverse quote: Pic of the day. This is the final destination version of Gerudo Valley. No more surprise visits from Koume and Kotake, and the bridge is gone. There are no distractions and there's nowhere to run. And the score that plays in the background is "Gerudo Valley."
Additional Miiverse quote: You can make most stages turn into a final destination. Depending on the stage, it might be floating in midair or perched on a cliff.

Tuesday's picture confirmed the stage variations of Final Destination on the Wii U will also be occurring on the 3DS version, showing off Gerudo Valley's Final Destination counterpart. In addition, he also confirmed Gerudo Valley will be the main theme on the stage, surprising no one considering it had been heard in the Developer Direct all the way back at E3 2013.

WEDNESDAY
Pic of the day. Ready now? Together with me!

Wednesday's picture showed the female Wii Fit Trainer and Zero Suit Samus jumping in midair with the Wii Fit Trainer's silhouette in the background on the Wii Fit Dojo stage. Nothing in particular was revealed in this picture.

THURSDAY
Miiverse quote: Pic of the day. Tac (on the left) steals your charged power. If you've charged up a lot, he might steal a ton of it. Chase after him quickly to get it back!!

Thursday's picture went into more detailed about the Tac enemy (originally from the Kirby series) in Smash Run. Tac will steal some of the power ups you've collected, but will steal more depending on how much you have. If you don't defeat him quickly enough, there is a chance he may escape with your power ups.

FRIDAY
Miiverse quote: Pic of the day. The 3DS version will have roughly the same types of Assist Trophies and Pokémon. Just roughly…

Friday's picture revealed Isabelle will be appearing as an Assist Trophy in the 3DS version too, while the quote explains most Assist Trophies and Pokémon will be appearing in both versions. However, the "Just roughly..." seems to suggest that there will be Assist Trophies and Pokémon exclusive to each version too.
