Description
Skartilery, the Armour Bird Pokémon.
Evolves from: Skarmory
The evolved form of Skarmory. Its armour has become much stronger, yet it is made of a lighter material since Skartilery is somehow able to fly faster than it used to. Its wings are able to block almost all attacks sent at it, and double as relatively powerful weapons. It is an extremely territorial Pokémon, and will not hesitate to strike down anyone who it deems as dangerous in its vacinity.
Its name is derived from Skarmory and Artillery, though I had to cut out one "L" in Artillery to fit the name limit.

If you wonder why too high level,is because skarmory is a good pokémon,so requires a lot of level to evolve
